"Please Read This!I’ve been going to this bagel spot for a while. Friendly Kitchen Staff with inexperienced cashiers. Keep in mind that each condiment is an additional $0.50. So lettuce tomatoes will total up to $1.00 alone, not counting the Sandwich itself..When you charge for condiments forget to add them. Especially when some of us don’t live in Queens but happen to pass by this spot. PLEASE remember to check your entire sandwich to make sure everything is added.I had told the Register lady in glasses that my previous sandwich had no condiments on it I was charged. I had asked for a discount on my next sandwich. Maybe don’t charge me for the minor stuff like lecture tomato..Lady: because it was on a different day. It’s not our problem. You need to call us on that day..Meanwhile I had paid for this previous Sandwich using cash. How would calling fix this issue? Especially when I’m all the way in the city where I work? What is calling gonna do? You charged me for something I never got..it’s not there problem I’ve been told I don’t have to go there to eat I’ve been told. Instead of knocking a few cents off my new sandwich because they screwed up on the last, they prefer to stand there ground tell me that I can go somewhere else.. Gotchu.."

"Ordered the hash brown bowl. Very disappointed. Came in a small Styrofoam bowl with like a spoonful of hash browns. Didnt even know there were hash browns in there until I got all the way to the bottom. That was not a hash brown bowl."

"My first order from here and everything I can say is that I don't know what took me so long. I ordered the meat leaf dinner with potatoes and gravy and green beans, it was delicious!!!!!!! My friend had the Swiss burger who was BIG and onion rings and he loved it, We will definitely!!!!!! Order more from here. Also the portions are perfect and the prices are great in view of the price increase of food these days."

"Great pizza, great chili and hot dogs Due to the covid-19 JB's it's been my go-to for the last minute lunches and dinners they deliver which in 45 minutes no matter what you order. Young lady answer the phone is very pleasant willing to help if you ask for something she's not sure they have she'll tell you to wait one second and go check and let you know if they have it in stock or not and then give you a choice of something to replace it if they don't. The driveway is a courteous I'm time and bring the food into your door with a no-contact policy. I thank them every day for their speedy and reliable meals great roast beef and broccoli. Hot dogs with chili and onions are still amazing"

"My favorite go to place! Variety options for salad smoothies deli menu etc. all are delicious and nicely made. I go in person as well as order delivery but both are always served promptly.The place is maintained neat and clean by friendly staff including Macoumba!"

"A basic whole wheat bagel with grilled chicken, atleast it was moist and not dry. Nothing special though but good to get in the protein in the morning."

"This is my first visit I'll definitely be back! Great atmosphere. I had a Cafe mocha with caramel it was tasty! I also got a pastry and can't wait come back and try a breakfast sandwich. Everything looks so good the staff was very friendly helpful. They have some nice seating outside and you can bring your dog with you!"

"Primarily just disappointed in the time it took to get my order. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and it took 10 minutes. What's even kind of worse is several people in line after me got their food before me, someone even ordered a cheese plate with two bagels but it took 10 minutes to get my one item.If you're in any sort of rush I'd probably steer clear. Food is good though."
