"We were the O N L Y people in the restaurant (dining room). There was 1 cook, and two other guys working there. That's it ! It took about 5 minutes for one of them to come take our order. As usual in most fast food places, they were more concernedwith the drive thru than the counter customers. He took our order and we sat down. After 25 minutes waiting, we finally wentand asked about our order, and they weren't sure what happened to it. They thought they might have given it to one of the drivethru customers. We asked for a refund, and it took forever for him to figure out how to do that. He finally did. First ofall, the restaurant was WAY understaffed. You can't run a business (restaurant) effectively with that few people. Then, atleast one of them needs to know what's going on and kinda run the place. That wasn't happening. Dang, that was one of thepoorest excuses for a Burger King I have ever been in. Definitely won't be back here. I blame it on the owner/manager morethan the employees. Someone in charge should be more in tune to what's going on there, than just handing over the reins (keys)to a few people who can't keep up or know how to get orders out efficiently."
