"I had a disappointing experience at Burger King recently. I used the app to order mozzarella sticks, but when I arrived at the restaurant they were out of them. I did receive a refund, but then when I tried to order their Italian chicken sandwich from the app, I was told they no longer sell it, even though it was still listed on their drive-thru menu. I then tried their newest item, the chicken wrap, but was disappointed to find it had very little chicken for the price. They also charged extra for toppings like mustard, pickles, and onions, which seemed unnecessary since condiment packets are usually free. Additionally, they often forget to include fries with orders. Overall, I was very disappointed with this Burger King compared to my experience a year ago. The portion sizes do not justify the prices, especially with the additional charges for condiments. The service was lacking and the food was mediocre. I would recommend trying their Bacon Cheeseburger, French Fries, Double Cheeseburger, Chicken Nuggets, or Cheeseburger instead. The parking was plentiful and free."
