Even if he hadn’t found the hair in the sinigang, it was still bland and had too much fat. The lechon was pretty tasty. My bangsilog was fine but could have been more flavorful. The Mang Tomas sauce for dipping the lechon was definitely a weird flavor. I probably would only come back if I were in the area and to get chips, not to dine in.The Tita who was taking our order was all over the place. You could improve your customer service by greeting your customers in the eye with a smile and by saying, “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment.”"
