"I ordered a 24oz smoothing and they made me a 12oz and when I told them it was the wrong size, they added 12oz ice to my smoothing. also ordered pickup and waited 30 minutes, while my pickup was the only order on their screen, did not begin my smoothie until almost 20 minutes after my pickup time and ask them if they could start my order."
