"As a Vietnamese cook I am quite picky about my Asian cuisine. I can tell you with absolute certainty that this place is authentic. The interior and exterior are both very humble. But in the minute you have entered, you will be greeted with this amazing aroma that reminds you of old Lao and Cambodia. I recommend the Lao sausage, as well as the Papaya salad. The Pho is a little hybrid, more like Tom Yum sweet-sour soup, not really Pho. And I cooked and cost Pho 30 years. It's still good, just not Pho. This is really a mother and pop place, with extremely beautiful Grandma Vibe staff! my meemaw would fit here."
