"I just want to start this off by saying I used to work for SDG from late 2018 to 2020 and I worked my way from a cashier to a kitchen shift lead. That being said, tonight (4/22/22 my husband and I had a call in order. We ordered a taco wrap w/ wafflefries (that part was right and a zesty Thai ranch salad with crispy chicken and NO tomatoes. Simple enough. Got all the wayhome to see tomatoes on my salad, mind you I did specifically ask for no tomatoes. I called the restaurant, told the girl (whowas also the same girl who took my order, Serina, who is a SHIFT LEAD! and even had it on there that there was supposed to be notomatoes. on the phone my problem. She said, ?I?m sorry about that.? I said, ?Okay.? Which she replies ?I?m sorry I?m not surewhat you want us to do unless you want it remade.? I have a 5 month old, didn?t really want to put him back in the car and goall the way back, not that I didn?t want a remake, but it?s inconvenient. Had I been a different customer, maybe one with anallergy to tomatoes, how would they of handled it then? They apparently act appropriately to allergies, but not thisevening. From there it was just completely unprofessional and unhelpful from a shift lead, the person who is supposed to dothe ?better job? and have great communication UNPROFESSIONAL! I?m sorry to pull the card, but when I worked there we weredefinitely more apologetic and offered more than one solution to fix the problem, not ?I?m sorry I don?t know what you want usto do.? I love SDG still to do this day, but this was disappointing and not to the normal standard I thought they could be heldto."
