"Only another incredible meal here in Pho 33 at their brand new location in South Salt Lake (sadly, their original midvale location that was closer to my home is closed). We started with some cream cheeses that were super good. My son and I both ordered a medium bowl of Pho 34. The Pho 34 exchanges the ox tail for rib meat. The rib meat reminds me of Kalbi ribs in local Hawaiian restaurants so delicate and full of taste. The broth is incredible, and although I had many good bowls of Pho throughout the valley, this broth is exceptional. The other thing that distinguishes a bowl of Pho 33 is how much meat they put in your bowl. It is loaded with practically every bite that contains a delicious morsel. The new location is clean, attractive and spacious, and the service was wonderful. If you were hunting for the best Pho in Utah, and for this matter, practically everywhere, drive to Pho 33. You will be disappointed!"
