"one of the best restaurants in southern illinois. personal management is extremely reliable, communicative and nurturing. the eating and the atmosphere have always been great, but in recent history they have really moved it to several cerbs – the new interieur is beautiful and hip, I dare to say romantic. weekly specialties keep the menu alive, and they are always ready to accommodate my gluten allergy. an excellent, bright spot in carbondale, which I will continue to apply for years."
