"While the menu looks great and (very) occasionally an order is correct they find a way to screw up most of the time. They are consistently inconsistent. The kids working there act like you owe them a debt of gratitude for taking and making an order (deepest apologies for keeping your doors open and you having a job) and the management is completely disengaged and oblivious to the going ons. When they opened they were great but at this point it is garbage with a side of bad service."

"Was rudely told by the woman at the counter that I had to buy something to use the restroom, and when I offered to buy something, she told me that they were actually closed since they didn't want to have too many people buying things to use the restroom and the parade was disrupting business."
