"Sorry to say but once again another kosher establishment with very poor service. I placed a phone order on the phone and gave them my credit card information. I even gave them the name for the order and they tried to deny that I paid and tried to get my dad to pay again when he picked up the order!! When he asked who took the order, suddenly no-one knew.They also gave my dad an attitude when he questioned who took the order on the phone. I had to get on the phone to confirm my credit card number and let them know I was already charged for the order. The guy tried to tell me I wasn't charged for the order even though they took my credit card information on the phone until he confirmed that I was charged in the system. I am only giving them three stars because the pizza is good but the service is horrible. Its a shame because the owner is a really nice guy and way better than the previous owner when it was Hunki's Pizza. Any other decent establishment would have comped the food or thrown something extra in but because this is a kosher restaurant they don't do that because they don't have competition. This is unreal and embarrassing as a Jewish person myself!"

"The place is very very busy and seems to have a constant flow of people (we went at 2 on a Friday. We got 4 bagel sandwiches. 2 sesame bagels — one with cream cheese, one with whitefish salad, 2ultihraom bagels, one with cream cheese and lox, tomato, capers, and one with lox, eggs, cheese, tomato, lettuce and onions.
