"This place is one of the best bagel spots I have been to. And I have been to many. All around this place is top notch. I walked in and service was fast and welcoming. I got my bill and I said to the lady that it was to cheap. Her response was not everyone has money. Wow!!!! How thoughtful that was. She saw my name on my credit card and started calling me by my first name. Talk about hospitality. Amazing experience I had. Don’t miss out. Go here whenever you get the chance to."

"A wonderful location! Immediately upon entering you feel welcomed since the door is wide open and the cashier is super friendly. They are located right across Boston University, so they’re easily accessible. Food was made fresh right before our eyes, and the customer service was phenomenal. The view from outside their window is also great and relaxing."
