Unfortunately, a second chance meeting didn't really surpass the mediocre impressions from before.Underwhelmingly average, the kabobs are underseasoned, bland, and can be a bit mealy. Maybe it is turnover, or maybe their version is made as such. Just a stone's throw away across the LA River are far better choices. Sides and accompaniments are also okay, but there are details ignored like properly dressing a salad. Most disappointing was rice seemed undercooked and possibly a day old.If you are in great need of a Mediterranean meal then by all means, but Meze misses the mark on so many things just to deliver a subpar performance."
