"We visited for a birthday dinner with a group of five and opted for the 'B' Course, which includes everything from the 'A' Course while offering more variety. We had two separate hot pots with different broth flavors: a Chinese herbal beef bone broth, which is a classic choice, and a tom yum broth that adds a nice kick without being too overpowering.
The selection for the hot pot was impressive. We enjoyed a range of ingredients, including udon noodles, quail eggs, baby bok choy, watercress, lamb, enoki mushrooms, ribeye, bamboo shoots, and pork belly, among many others. They also offered a variety of drink options, and we decided to try some bubble tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of flavors available.
On the night of our visit, there was only one waiter handling around five tables, including ours, which meant we had to wait a bit for service. This was understandable given the circumstances. Overall, our experience was good; we left feeling satisfied and happy."
