"They didn't seem to care that we had a reservation at all, we still had to wait a while. Our table ended up being off to a side of the restaurant where there were only 2 other tables and our server was hardly ever around, I assume because her other tables were in the main section. For our server to even come over to greet us took a good 20 minutes. We had to ask for things like ketchup and drink refills multiple times before they finally made it to our table. The table next to us had three different groups seated at it and then leave before ordering while we were waiting for our food. Maybe they were understaffed? I am not sure what the problem was but the service was very poor. We stayed because we were with 2 very tired children who would not have made it if we had to find another restaurant. The only thing that made up for it was a 1lb. lobster for $20.99 and excellent clam chowder. I would not go back though."
