"I'll start the review by saying, as a New Yorker I've been blessed to know good Italian so it's really not fair to try and compare. That said, it's good Italian for California. The pizza is top quality; fresh ingredients, good quantity and if you like a thicker crust, similar to Papa John's, but good ? you'll like this place. I also get the pasta (been a few times over the years) and their pink sauce is pretty good. Sweeter if you like it that way. This last visit I ordered a meatball parm. The woman looked at me like I was speaking Italian. Apparently the word parm didn't exist when it came to subs. I got what I wanted but it was just a funny story."
