"Got breakfast here, but boy, do they skimp out on ingredients. I got the dungeness crab omelette, described as coming with avocado. The omelette itself was tasty but couldn't have been made with more than two small eggs. The crab meat itself was great, and I had a few good mouthfuls. The single small slice of avocado that came on top of the omelette... was kind of sad. I got the homefries with it, and they didn't look like photos I had seen in other reviews. Maybe I didn't look close enough. I expected pan-fried potatoes, onions, and peppers. Instead, I got small cubed potatoes that seem to have been deep fried or even air fried. They were crispy and dry on the outside and slightly moist in the center. I got maybe 3 specks of bell pepper, and likewise for the onion. It also came with a biscuit, and this was the star of the plate. The other items might have well been a side to this thing. It came with butter and what I think was strawberry rhubarb jam, which I loved. The buiscuit was crispy on the outside and fluffy in the center. Unfortunately, the food also came out luke-warm, I don't need it to be screaming hot, but it definitely had been sitting at the pass a little too long or something. The staff was very nice and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere. Overall, my meal wasn't bad. It had plenty that I liked, but it was way overpriced for the portion and could have come out hotter/fresher. If the homefries would have been better, that and the buiscuit could have made me overlook the meager omelette. I would like to come back and try dinner sometime. "Great looking restaurant, service was great. The food was not at a high enough level for my liking. Between all of the guests at the table we had a wide variety of items. The grits will watery in the shrimp and grits, The shrimp were great but the grits were trash they were given back because they were super watery... The turkey scrapple was not crispy and could have been a thicker slice . The home fried potatoes were cold, and just didn't have any love. Home fried potatoes with fried onions should be seasoned and hot and delicious! The salmon cake was very mediocre. It was crispy but it had burnt onions incorporated within the crust. There should be some ingredients along with the salmon in the actual cake. The cornbread on the website it looks like a beautiful item very tasty serves with a dollop of butter on top. I received what looked like two cold little loafs of cornbread which could potentially be store brought. They weren't warm and they were dry! We ordered the blueberry pancakes which were great but when we asked for syrup it took forever to come which at that point the pancakes were cold. There were also two orders of scrambled eggs with cheese those were given to the wrong person so one person had cheddar one person had American which not that big of a deal to swap them but those were also served warm and not hot! The cook/chef should be making sure of time those meals better the food is getting put out piping hot. We were there at 8:00 in the morning there was no excuse to get warm to cold food it should have been hot and freshly prepared!"
