"Nighthawks was great, but they were experiencing a heat malfunction as in No Heat At All and it was freezing. Management should have made some accommodation...like a comp glass of wine, or a dessert and coffee. I think to do nothing, or say nothing unless asked directly, was a bit disrespectful to their customers."
