"I've eaten 100 times at minerva. it is my favorite restaurant in the Rockville/Gaithersburg/Bethesda area. the midday buffet is the big bargain. every day there are many possibilities when the buffet is available. this will of course wait until after the Covid-19 business. for an everyday restaurant this is my first choice where to go. dinner is also good, but not with the same value for money, still with the same variety available as lunch."
