"Great service, attentive without being intrusive. Pianist playing in the dining room. Excellent butternut squash soup. Steaks were good, steak sauce a little sweet but who puts steak sauce on a top quality steak? Would have preferred more of the herb butter that came with the rolls rather than sauce. Accompanying vegetables were a good assortment including roasted parsnips and brussel sprouts. Certainly no need to order aditional side of vegetables. I would of liked them to be a little hotter. Steaks were very good. Two double lamb chops were a substantial serving. Would have liked them more rare but then most people would like them medium. The star of the meal was the dessert tapas. They would outdo anything in LA or San Diego. Included were a tart tropical sorbet that was a good refreshing contrast to the dark chocolate mousse, creme brulee, beignet with warm chocolate sauce and a great apple gelle. A good experience out in Cherry Valley."
