"The hostess didn't check OpenTable from the moment we made our reservation until we arrived 30 minutes later. She seemed surprised when we showed up, expecting a table at our reserved time. She mentioned some nonsense about how OpenTable doesn’t guarantee a reservation. We explained that the purpose of OpenTable is to secure a reservation in real time without needing to call the restaurant, and that it shouldn't show available times if those reservations aren't actually honored. The manager also didn’t seem to have much common sense. Their Yelp page claims they are "good for kids," but we got the impression that they didn't want us there with our children. We noticed several open tables that they could have used to accommodate us, but they clearly chose not to. We decided to leave and try another restaurant. I will never return to this place, with or without my kids."
