I went into the first moment when they were reopened to talk to someone about the thema. a hired person told me to email instead of get the manager to talk to me. after a few emails in which they said they called me and I don’t see any calls on my phone that they could have been, and no voicemails, that’s their answer we don’t seem “eager to solve this problem” because we are busy doing a million dings every day and not always a lot of time in our day to solve other people problems. but as we have already said, we cannot refund this purchase for the reasons we have indicated in the previous email. we see that they have bought a few times before us, but unfortunately does not allow them to store credit at the height of their missed collection. many thanks and a beautiful day I think we all make a million dings per day, friend.
