"Definitely not my best experience with brunch from this restaurant, as someone who is in the restaurant industry. We are able to make a 11 am reservation when the restaurant doesn’t open until 11:30 so we had to wait, service was not the best, Andrew was our server and regardless of us calling before and letting them know about separate checks and then again going up to the server and making him aware of the check situation was still presented with a bit of an attitude from him and a non split bill at the end of our meal. Had to ask for help from management to get the situation arranged. Can’t see our group returning anytime in the near future if not at all."

"On Monday it came here to eat with my family. Our host Raquel has enabled us to sit and quickly even brought my son a coloring page he enjoyed. Once we set ourselves, our server Loranne brought us water and gave us a minute to decide. This was our first time here when she came back, we were still undecided happy for us, she helped us clean the menu and hit a few things. As soon as we placed the orders, she quickly came back with drinks and she informed that she returned directly with our orders. A few minutes and a gentleman named Jeremy came with our food. The food was so delicious. My son enjoyed his chicken tender and fries, the food was well seasoned. During our dinner, the host and the servers had checked for us several times to ensure that everything was for our pleasure, and to ask ourselves if we needed anything. I will definitely come back. Only on his hospitality I give this restaurant and it is location 5 stars to eat and drink another 5 stars. I can honestly say I have no bad review."

"The food is very delicious. Prices can be a bit steep, especially for their shake. But the burgers are always good and cooked for perfection. We order something else every visit, and no article has disappointed us!! The service is missing. Last visit, our server was in the corner on her phone, and we need refills for a while, so my husband needs a busboy flag. I suggest as soon as the food meets the table to ask for a refill, even if you still have the majority of your drink full. We did not see our server until we had to request the check from the busboy and it came only to get the payment. It is not so all the time, but it was our experience of any other visit. But getting orders is always easier and comes nicely packed."

"Arrived at 730pm on a Saturday evening with a rsvp for a party of 4. Not sure of the capacity, it was close to full. It took about 10-15 mins for a server come to the table. After the order's were taken everything was delivered at a slow pace. Looked like there were only 2 server's for the entire restaurant. Our server Bryan was a good server and provided service with a great personality. He was providing service for half of the restaurant. Which was probably the reason for the slow service. The food could have been warmer imo, but overall it was a good night. The skin on the chicken was overly seasoned imo. The heat was not on in the restaurant, so I sat with my coat on the entire time. The smores martini was very tasty . I would recommend if, you are not in a hurry and order a cocktail while you are waiting on the main event. One more thing, I called ahead to edit the rsvp, but no one answered and it went to voice-mail."

"Wonderful lunch at Burgerology!First, I’d like to point out the wallpaper which I thoroughly enjoyed. Speed of tomato T=tomato ?We ordered the Classic and the Edison with regular fries and sweet potato fries. The regular fries came with a garlicky mayo dipping sauce and the sweet potato fries came with some sort of marshmallow sauce which was interesting. Fries were super hot and crunchy when we got the dish. Burgers were cooked to medium and were very large! The meat itself was almost as tall as the bread!Overall, had a great meal here!"

"The waitress brought the wrong cocktail. She didn't ask if the food or the drinks were good. She didn't see much. My wife asked her to bring her a box for leftovers. She never did. Another waiter was really good. Although he was not our “current” waiter, he asked us about the food and helped when the waitress laughed with kitchen staff and ignored us. The food was good. Portions were big. If we had the same waitress, we would just be beaten."

"My favorite place in New York, and the essence of what makes that city great. All of the pricey, shrill smoothie joints were a generation late. Great quality, variety and service from behind a pile of fresh produce. I love dinner by the pound, healthy and tasty whether you're vegetarian or carnivore (I'm the latter). The owner is not only courteous, but once helped me go through the trash an hour after I dropped $40 on it. When I've been away for a year, the staff give me a quick smile, then get my order. Simply the best. Thank you."
