"The manager simply doesn’t understood customer service, or understand that a dining experience is about more than just the food. It took them 3 attempts to get my dinner right, the same meal I’ve ordered 10 times in prior visits (a medium steak with grilled vegetables). His attitude was poor, didn’t think it was a big deal that the rest of my party were done their meals by the time my meal showed up for the final iteration, and ultimately disagreed that the dining experience was about more than the food. It’s too bad, we’ve long been loyal customers, but we won’t be going back"
