"It is with deep sorrow that I have to rate this place as extremely poor. The view of my beloved city of Ponce from El Vigia is spectacular but this restaurant is a shame. I give my review as a way for the owner to correct their issues immediaty so they can be successful. Access to the place is terrible. No signs, no security guard at the entrance to open the gate, ugly looking chairs and tables, poor looking menu, terrible service, untrained staff, the server gave us the bottle of wine and the cork opener for us to open the bottle ourselves, they didn’t even know we had made a reservation on Open Table, all the food we ordered was burnt, and I will stop here because I don’t want to keep detailing the terrible experience we had. The worse ever! I don’t expect to be back even if they paid me. There is absolutely nothing positive about the experience. My esteemed owner, you need to tame charge of the place, train and supervise youf staff, and get a new cook. Beautiful view but a poorly administered restaurant. I hope you still have time to change course and fix this mess."
