"I normally don’t write bad reviews but this is one of the first. Food was good but service was not. I went to b side for dinner tonight with my wife. We ordered the Killer bee and found a piece of plastic the size of a toothpick. Looked like it came from a packaging of some sort. Accidents happen and we understand that. But when we informed the waitress she simply apologized (non-apologetically) and walked away. You can tell when a person is sincere or not. She did not stop by our table once until we asked for the check. She was chatting with her colleague by the bar the entire time. Did not ask how our food was or if we wanted dessert. Didn’t apologize again for the incident. This is bad service/ restaurant business. Once again the food was good but the service and experience will NOT bring us back."
