"We were out of towners. The building is historic and awesome. It’s a great location to take a walk after dinner. Food and drink selections were great. There are so many options in downtown Asheville and this is no exception. We ended up eating there a second night because of the overall experience. Both waiters we had were great. Very personable and helpful."

"I had a wonderful experience at Packs Tavern, as they were very accommodating to my dietary needs. They were willing to alter menu items to suit my sensitivities while still maintaining delicious flavors in my meal. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was fantastic!"

"My boyfriend and I booked Chicago for the weekend for my 25th birthday. I chose SX Skybar for my birthday brunch. We got there before our 12pm reservation on March 8th, 2020, and was randomly got seated by this person who was not even the hostess. She told us to “seat wherever we wanted.” We wanted to change our table to this other empty table which then we asked our server Kristen if it’s possible and she said no because its already booked for someone else. Its funny because these people were also on another table and just moved on that empty table that my boyfriend and I wanted to sit at. "
