"industrie! that's my favorite bakery by far, and I never had trouble. my family has rely on the cake gallery for high times, baptism, communions, confirmations, birthdays and showers. the pink champagne cake is one of our favorites. the last time we had one, we tried for a change bavarian cream for filling. what a wonderful variation was it! they even did a Minecraft cake for my son and worked with me because they just started asking him. they always make sure that I check the cake before I take it home, and I notice that they do this for all others.
