"I was looking for something: no US chain something unique something you cannot get in Europe/Germany/Frankfurt. I found it near our hotel El Sitio, which was a surprise. In front of the café, they had a sales outlet for fresh empanadas. There was a massive queue for people who wanted to take them home. Many servers came and delivered the freshly prepared empanadas tray by tray, which smelled very inviting. So we got a table and ordered some to try: we can understand why there is a queue outside. We were placed in front of a screen that presented a slide show. It was lunchtime. So while watching the slide show, we became more hungry, and it was harder to make any selection: one dish on a slide looked better than the one before. Finally, my friend selected the national dish of Colombia, and the waiter showed his appreciation. And I learned the hard way what was the difference between a gentleman's cut, a lady's cut, and a Cuban cut. Last but not least: Coffee bar. Yes I was glad not to be in a US coffee chain and had coffee from paper cups but a real good coffee made with love and passion. And we were surprised when we got the bill: no wonder it is so popular: in the heart of Miami. A restaurant that everyone can afford (without a new application for a loan on your house) and which offers delicious food and delivers excellent service even if you need to communicate with hands and feet and smiles if you do not speak Spanish."
