"we had a reservation at 5:45 a.m. and showed up at 5:30 a.m. we did not sit up to almost 7 clock despite empty tables in the restaurant. as soon as they were fed, it took another hour, almost before they even started cooking. to round it off, the heat was so high in the building that the guests went and the ones who all stayed had red cheered, the ice melted in our drinks almost immediately. many guests had to cool outside during dinner. that had nothing to do with the hot flat plates because they were not in use at that time. the poor server has a great task under its circumstances, but this place is badly managed. I would recommend 10/10 not to eat in this restaurant. we are finally around 9 o'clock at the arrival around 17.30 o'clock. they don't do it themselves."

"What's the food? Hibachi Steak, chicken, shrimp, noodles, delicious veggies, chicken roast rice and the signature sauces are literally the most tasty around. This is food on steroids! The meat is excellent, fresh and cooked directly at your table, courtesy of your table chef, who is also a highly qualified juggler of knives, mental food presentation and flashy fire displays! Not your everyday place to eat. The atmosphere is festive and lively to combine food and good times. They sit with 1 or more other parties, per their long dining tables. Soup and salad await you shortly after ordering drinks. Waitstaff also moves everything at a steady pace. A great place for larger groups and special occupants to celebrate. Everyone has to dinate here at least once. And there is one in downtown Milwaukee, so no excuses!"

"It took an hour for a chef to come table side. Service was good and he was great but not sure what the hold up was. Food was ok. I was expecting this to be a lot more fancier than what it was. Dining room needs to be cleaned. Bathrooms were a mess. We were there for our anniversary and it wasn’t very special."

"It was my daughter’s birthday. We told the hostess when we arrived that it was her birthday. They did nothing….not even sing happy birthday…which they did for several other tables. The tepanyaki (sp chef barely spoke to anyone and did not do any of the normal things that kids love….onion volcano, train , tossing shrimp etc. the food was average at best but that can usually be overlooked because of the entertainment of the chef. The last few times we have been to this location it has been terrible. We will not voluntarily go back."

"Our server, Elaine, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The chef, Julinan, was also personable and clearly enjoyed his job (the delicious meal he prepared proved it)! We are regular customers at Benihana and typically order the filet mignon, scallop, salmon, and chicken entrees. The miso soup and salad starters, stir-fry shrimp and vegetables, rice, and main course make for a healthy and satisfying meal. You can request less butter and salt if desired. The chef's entertaining show adds to the overall dining experience. This location in Lake Buena Vista, next to the Hilton hotel, offers free 3-hour validated parking. It is conveniently located near Disney Springs shopping center on Hotel Plaza Blvd, making it the perfect place to dine after a day of shopping and entertainment."

"This place is always fun and entertaining. We always choose to sit for the teppanyaki grill. Entertainment is always an ice breaker especially when sitting with strangers. The very first time I ate at benihana's was in California during a school trip back in 1999. I was impressed with all the celebrities on their wall. I thought wow how cool would it be to see a celebrity while I was dining there but no such luck. The next time I dined at Benihana's was in Las Vegas. The ambiance and the decorations was eye-catching and I remember using a flash disposable camera to take pictures. Hahaha ... I should dig these pics up and share them here. Awe the memories. We had a chef that was new to the grill and shared his story that he started out ad a dishwasher, then prep, and then line cook and now he's on the floor cooking for customers. We clapped for him and we wished him the best as he continues to gain experience. He does have dreams but I will keep them to myself because saying something might cause a problem for him. I will respect him this way because I want him to succeed. I dine here maybe 3 times a year ... one for my birthday ???? because they offer a birthday coupon. The other 2 is unplanned with friends or just because. Lunch was delicious ????. I ordered from the lunch menu. The duet where you choose 2 items and I chose yakisoba and julienne steak with chicken fried rice. ???? Happy dining ????"

"I was really craving some amazing fried rice, so I decided to try one of the more popular options in town. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the fried rice for two as it was not enough for two people, barely even enough for one. I could have gotten the same amount in a single portion at the restaurant. I paid extra for chicken, but only received a few tiny diced pieces on top. However, the edamame saved the meal with its perfectly cooked texture and heavenly sauce. At first, it seemed overly sweet, but the spice gradually crept up, making it more enjoyable. I believe the sauce was a honey Sriracha based on the flavor. Overall, while it may just be edamame, they were absolutely delicious and worth trying."
