"We had ordered from Empire plenty of times before. No major mess ups and the food was decent. Last order the girl taking the order was rude, messed up the order, had to call back to confirm card info because she had that wrong too. After the food was delivered I called back to explain the mistake. I was questioned by two woman including the one that took my order originally. At the end of the call they confirmed they would send the driver back with the right ordered item they never delivered it MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
