"My experience at this restaurant was truly remarkable. Before stepping in, it's important to embrace the beautiful cultural difference that shines through, especially if you don't speak Spanish. This unique characteristic adds a special charm to the place. Patience and kindness are key, as the staff here are incredibly warm hearted and eager to assist. When I tipped, I was met with genuine gratitude, a testament to their hard work and deep desire to succeed. They deserve to thrive because they are good, hardworking people. Throughout my visit, I witnessed strong leadership, genuine camaraderie, and a palpable sense of teamwork. The restaurant’s design is intriguing and captivating, blending country contemporary elements with a touch of South American flair. This blend of styles reflects their effort to connect with the local community while honoring their roots. It's refreshing to see a space that doesn't strictly follow conventional design rules but instead tells a story of bridging cultural gaps. In their unique design, you'll find American contemporary touches, simple Southern style hanging art, and pieces that speak to their heritage. This blend creates a beautiful, harmonious environment that feels welcoming and authentic. I pray that the Lord blesses this establishment with prosperity today and for the next hundred years. May they continue to spread the joy and unity they've cultivated within their team and contribute. Next I will type this in Spanish so they can read and understand what I'm saying however language is never perfect when trying to describe an idea from Spanish to English My experience at this restaurant was truly extraordinary. "Someone highly recommended Don Ramon us, because of the addition of bean dip to salsa usually served with tortilla chips. The chips were ‘ok’, salsa was ‘just ok’ ... it was definitely taken off stars when I found a hair in it. And the bean dive was warm and delicious. However, we have a small bowl of each and no one ever offered to refill our chips, salsa or bean dimmer. The place we usually go (Don Jose) is always johnny on the spot with refills of chips, salsa and drinks – so we were not used to being basically ignored. The refills on beverages were also difficult to achieve. Hubby had Chile Relleno what he said was not as good as Don Jose. I had the tamal and shredded beef taco. The Tamale was just like that. We both agreed that rice was bland and unstoppable. The best was the shredded beef taco, but it wasn't wonderful either. The fried beans were good, and the Cheddar who overlaid them was melted to perfection. I'll give them this! Overall, it was not a wonderful culinary experience. The clientele seemed to be people living in the neighborhood and going there all the time. The place was petty and some of it seemed for repairs, right? For me, it translated into a... it felt like you were going to a dentist in a strip-mask. In contrast to the dentist, however, they had on their way a bowl with suckers available. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends."
