"If you get the chance, I highly recommend that you eat at the Mexican restaurant, here in Pocatello, Chapalas. We try to eat there regularly, as their service is, and always has been, wonderful. They’re a family owned restaurant here in Pocatello and we like to support family owned restaurants if we can. Today we ordered some food to-go and when I went in to pay, they recognized us from previous times offered free drinks chips salsa (and when we got home, we realized sopapillas. They can’t do this for everyone, of course, but the gesture was so kind. Then the man who works there, who was helping me, then helped me carry everything out to our car. The whole family that works there is always so kind and thoughtful and they are always like this. There’s not a single time when we go into the restaurant that they are not happy and willing to joke around with you. If you get the chance to support them, you won’t regret it!"
