"Finally had the chance to get to Mucho Gusto and was glad I did. Definitely not a tex-mex joint, so know that going in. Our house margaritas was flavorful and actually had tequila in it! From nachos made just the way I like, with cheese uniformly throughout- no skimpy little 1/8 of a cup just on the top to a most excellent and zippy/spicy tamale to the poblano enchiladas, that were tasty and filling we felt the food was solid. The standout? Birria tacos. Most, flavorful, addicting. Disappointments? The salsa needs to be more flavorful..and the chips that came to the table were bland... yes, I'm sure they were the same ones in the nachos but the nacho toppings saved them. Will add Mucho into our eating out rotation."
