"If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, I highly recommend Harth at the Hilton in Green Hills. We visited during Restaurant Week and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. I started with the tuna tarts, which featured avocado, pickled radishes, and crispy wontons—every bite was delightful. My companion couldn’t resist his beef dish and left his plate spotless, so I didn’t get to taste it, but it must have been fantastic. We both loved the rich and creamy She-Crab soup and the Arugula and roasted beet salad. For the main course, I ordered the braised short rib served with a cheesy polenta, while my companion enjoyed the pan-seared halibut accompanied by shaved fennel and saffron broth—both were absolutely incredible! We then indulged in Kentucky Bourbon pecan pie for dessert. Although I couldn’t finish mine, I relished every bite. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of parking, with the hotel validating your parking ticket. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a memorable meal."
