"Le Comptoir was … adequate. The service was very good, the server super competent and friendly. The food was … not as good as next door at the Choux Gras (even though the kitchen is the same as is the wine list). The portions were … skimpy. I had the saltimboca: interesting presentation, but ultimately not satisfying. Others had the confit de canard very good and the lasagna, also very good. The deserts were excellent. Going back to Choux tonight."
