"I have been to Blue Ribbon near Columbus Circle. Many times and love it. Although Columbus Circle has a larger menu the chicken wings are worth a trip down to the Financial District. Service was a bit better than the uptown location. Fish was fresh, rice was the best and the soy sauce had an excellent thickness. We had the wings, hamachi tar tar and scallops appetizer., many sushi pieces and sushi rolls. I think you can not miss with anything on this menu."
