"Does not deserve any stars. Pass three different Michoacán’s to visit this one in particular because I always have been a loyal customer for years. Took my three kids to enjoy some ice cream today I ordered a fruit water and they each had a cone mind you all items are 5 a piece. As proceeding to checkout with a car seat in one arm and my wallet in the other they hand me the fruit water to carry down to the register while providing no counter space for assistance. As I went to push my straw into the cup with one hand the cup tipped and spilt the entire cup of fruit water. As I apologized I had my two older kids bring me napkins as I cleaned the entire mess because I felt so terrible about the incident. As we move on down to the register the man asks if I would like another fruit water and I said yes please if you do not mind. He then tells me that he will have to charge me twice because I am being charged for the one that was spilt. I should have had my kids give back their cones and walk out of the store but instead I kept my mouth shut, paid 16 for two ice cream cones and a spilt fruit water. I will not be visiting this michocan again. I have worked at a ice cream shop before and it is more important to please the customer and keep them coming back to spend money rather than to charge double to be profitable. I would recommend no one spend their money here."

"The food is delicious, the service is good, the tip is already included, I saw many comments complaining about the tip included and the fee to pay with bank card. If you read the receipt it says the tip is aggravated and with respect to the fee payable by card in 90% of places it is so. Like I said the food is delicious, good quantity, and good service! I've been eating here for five years."
