"I've been craving mangú ever since we returned home one day and someone else's tres golpes order was left on our doorknob. Today I went searching for a nearby restaurant that offered mangú for brekkie and ordered from Jr primos which is also known as Los Primos Restaurant and 690 Los Primos, both on Grubhub and online. Whatever the actual name, I chose them because of the many types of hits they offered. I ordered some plain mangú, a four hit mangú, a two hit mangú and some french toast with beef sausage. The packaging could have been better. Everything is really oily and some of the packaging got beat up during delivery so I had a pool of oil in the bag which made the paper bag rip. The four hit says it comes with the whole shebang: two eggs any style, fried cheese, fried salami, bacon or ham, longaniza, and your choice of mangú, cassava, malanga or mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, my son's order was missing two other proteins based on the ordering menu, ham and bacon. The two hit came with fried salami, fried cheese, two eggs and the same starch choice. We went with mangú for everything. Again, it was missing a protein so not sure if it is just a typo on the food delivery app. The french toast came with choice of meat. I ordered the beef sausage but that was cooked to death, dry and hard. This was ordered for my tot but she's not feeling too well so she didn't eat it. The french toast looked fine, nothing special about it and you could smell the cinnamon. Everything was still warm when we got it so I was happy about that. The mangú was very bland. I had to add salt to it which I wasn't happy about. The eggs were also bland. I'm giving two stars because of the missing items, packaging and flavor. Still on the hunt for some bomb mangú. Times like this I wish I still lived in Yonkers, near Washington Heights."

"After being seated i was told by a young man my small service dog and I were not welcomed. I insisted that he was a service animal hes allowed everywhere. I explained i had his documents with me. The staff politely told me that it was not their call. Their boss Lucia Lopez(the owner), had seen me over the cameras and instructed them to have me removed. I told them I would not leave. I got loud enough so the tables around me could here and told them that I get seizures. Not serving me because I have a dog, is the same as asking me to leave because I had no leg. I called the local police sat back at the table with my 18 yr old daughter, (we were visiting for her graduation trip) who was almost in tears at this point. A few moments later, a slightly older young man approached our table. He politely tried to explain that it was not their call to please not be upset with them asked if we would still like to be served. After arguing briefly in my head, I agreed. Both young men were very polite while refusing to serve me ?. I reminded him of the officers in route (I planned on going all the way to court). I called the local office back said we had worked it out. The young man took our order. He came back said Lucia was on the way to speak to me. I told him I didn 't wish to see her. Before our food came out, a short heavy set older woman with bleached a rude demeanor approached our table. She began insulting me by saying I was out of place yelling at her boys and thinking I could do whatever I pleased. While I was sitting down with her standing over me waving a finger in the air at me. I repeatedly told her to change her tone, that I was not her child, and to speak to me with respect. I stayed seated calm against all urges. She insisted I WAS RUDE to her staff, that they were simply following orders. Then I asked her, (so others could also hear) oh, so you make it customary have your employees break the law? As a business owner you know what you told those young men to do was illegal, on top of embarrassing for them! I then told her I had nothing more to discuss with her to please leave me be. With a huff she left out the side door. The older of the 2 men came over once she was gone and apologized again. I felt so bad for the circumstances under which these two very respectful young had to working, and I can imagine all they put up with. I apologized again told them that I was upset with the establishment that at no point was I ever upset with them. I thanked them for their hospitality gave the young men a $100 tip to split. The coffee Tres Leche was great. The food was not good. I didn 't touch much of it. The rice and beans were not from that day they felt reheated several times. All crunchy like the bottom of the pot was tried to soften up. The meat was over cooked. Decor was nice. I don 't recommend this place. Especially to those with disabilities."
