"We have been going here since they open and it?s hard to find a place that starts great and stays great. Quality means nothing without consistency. We are lucky Chef Iñaki has decided to come to Dallas and be part of our culinary scene. In almost all of our visits our server has been Eduardo aka Lalo. He is a big part of what makes the experience of visiting Sketches special. Eduardo is very knowledgeable about not only the plates but ingredients. And not only ingredients but pairings. Sketches of Spain is my first choice for bringing people I love that are visiting for food and good times."

"What an amazing place! Top notch service, although everything is made to order so they take a bit longer than other restaurants it is so worth the wait! Traditional Spanish flavors presented beautifully. Plus you can shop for authentic Spanish ceramics, preserves, cheese and sausages and cured meats. Great for brunch. Lunch or dinner. Cocktails are excellent too!"

"Spot was sweet and elegant. We sat the walkway that had some plants and lights to unlock the Ventura Blvd road. Yummy food, but very small portions. The drinks were good and strong. I was beaten after the first drink and some say I am alcoholic? lol the pictures posted are not visual illusion?.the burgers were really so tiny. The bathroom was like in a common room? not in the restaurant?."

"I loved the indoor decor chic and tasteful. Reasonably quiet, perfect ambience for a date night. Food, drinks and service were also great. Only thing that’s a bit disappointing is, I love paella and they looked so delicious, but they don’t serve small portions. And we are a party of 2."
