"I have been looking forward to visitig this restaurant for a while. I love Argentinean cuisine. As I arrived with my wife we were impressed by the beauty of the architecture you can tell there was a lot of thought and attention to detail. Inside we found a lot of the same impressive beauty and the layout of the restaurant was wonderful. When it comes to service our server was cordial enough, seemed to know the menu really well but lacked a bit of warmth. It left me and myfamily feeling like he wasn't enjoying what he was doing too much. We ordered drinks I got to say that's where this restaurant truly shined for me tonight. The drinks were really tasty and perfectly balanced. Now let's talk food. This is afine establishment so when it comes to your expectation of them using some of the best ingredients you won't be disappointed. You truly feel that every item on your plate was made of the finest quality ingredients they could find. Thedisappointing part was in the taste of some of the dishes (especially the steak) it had a strong taste of charcoal so much so that it robbed the steak of its natural flavors. Honestly all you tasted was charcoal. The chicken wasunfortunately a bit flavorless for me it needed a bit more salt or some kind of seasoning. We also had the steak milanesa which is breaded meat with ham and cheese on top. Unfortunately my dinner was brought about 10 minutes after the restof my family and it was cold. For the good parts my wife had a choripan that tasted really good. My father had a pasta with sausage I am not sure of the name but it was absolutely delicious probably the best of everything our table ordered.Oh yes! Don't let me forget to mention the dessert we ordered el gran final which included all their available desserts. This was an absolute highlight of the night we couldn't get enough. Allow me to mention the portions of everything inthis restaurant are big so just a heads up bring a big appetite. When it came to paying apparently"

"the manager amanda tried to cancel my reservation after my dinner so that I would not be able to leave an assessment, but unfortunately for them I will anyway. I have a table on 2nd May for an evening meal on 20th I called a garden table for dinner with my chef. I was told that there was availability and that they should be able to accommodate. the day of the reservation I called to confirm that the garden table was available. I explained the occasion and that I had made the reservation earlier. I'm moving out of town, and that was that I brought my boss out to thank her for my movement. amanda said they couldn't guarantee anything. I made it clear that I had booked salinas because I could have a table in the garden, otherwise I would have found an alternative venue. I then came to the restaurant early to make one more please for a garden table. amanda showed me two tables in the garden (some were at the end of their meal) and one at the window. I said we could wait and see what my boss prefers when she arrived. Almost forward for about 15 minutes later, and amanda rescinated the table offer in the garden because 'you otherwise booked it last minute' and continued to offer us two more tables. manager should not exercise personal preferences and use their influence on these unprofessional wise. there was no desire to be helpful or actuativ, and in it did quite the opposite. there is no way a professional device would prioritize a 'last minute' booking via my request of 2.5 weeks earlier. she just didn't want to give me the table, and I have no idea why I've never met her before and had heard openly about my sister's great things about this place. amanda has ruined my experience and eating was in order, but not exceptional, so between both elements, be assured, I would never want to go back."

"Tu Casa is a family-friendly restaurant that provides fabulous Peruvian dishes and strong drinks. I love how spacious the environment is and how everyone on staff treats you like family. They truly are the best. Although I should have ordered a sangria, I actually got a passionfruit mojito. It was delicious and strong. Lol. My daughter got apple juice. I got the chicken empanadas as an app to have with my drink and it didn't disappoint. It was packed with chicken, the outside was nice and crispy, and it hit the spot. My daughter got the chicken tenders and fries which she tore up!! I ordered lots of entrees lol... the Tu Casa Pollo combo, entrana saltada, and pargo rojo. I don't regret any of it. The Tu Casa Pollo was seasoned very nicely and juicy. A true Peruvian roast chicken! Just super yummy. Don't forget to eat this with their homemade green sauce!! The steak in the entrana saltada was so juicy and tender. I loved dipping each one into the chimichurri sauce. It came with a lot of onions and peppers which I do not really consume like that but I'm not mad about it. Lol. The pargo rojo was absolute perfection... crispy skin and juicy meat. It was soooo good to eat with the onion and tomato salad on the side. Reminded me of eating fish the Filipino way!! I didn't finish all of this and ended up taking it home. : Then, for dessert, I simply got flan. And it was the perfect dish to cap off my meal with. Shout-out to Jenay for taking care of us at my table!!! She was a GEM and took care of all my needs on Mother's Day!!! I truly love Tu Casa for its food but also service. A plus is that it's a great place to celebrate any occasion at. I'll be back for more drinks and amazing Peruvian food."

"At this point, I do not know why I am concerned with this place at all, always something. To even take my time to write a review is simply absurd from character. But I think managers/owners should see that. Even if I? Are they safe? very aware how this place will run with/without its presence. Funny is that the staff does not know who knows the owners personally or not. You can count ALWAYS on bad, slow, rude service here. The food or drinks are either a hit or miss never consistent. Then they have the Audacity to add car deity. They lie about their lunch special hourly rates personally. I went outside to call the restaurant to check if what they told me was true, but then they told me something completely different about the phone. You should take the shields away when lunch at 4:00 a.m. one day, but then at 2:00 the next. I only took my food to go, I refused to sit and eat. Especially after seeing a server talking to an older confused woman who only tried to enjoy her lunch alone. Do you always double the bill, tend to try to sneak over certain fees or prices, but if you try to deny them or ask a question about your own bill them? to become defensive, to make an excuse or to lie. I saw this personally, so I know I'm not the only one. My mother and I were regular, we had our mother daughters here, but they totally ruined this for us. So, with everything that is said, I do not recommend this place would give them 0! Stars if I could. No, thanks."
