"II would give ZERO if possible. I've worked in this building for 6 years and since COVID both the food and the service have gone down the drain. Someone must have said something about the music because it used to be so loud that one couldn't even hear. The one thing I've always liked about this place was the service. The new girl at the front is so rude. Has no personality it's like she forced to be there. When one ordered soup it was something that you did not have to wait for. Now they serve the soup in the back and add a 10 minute wait for it. I used to look forward to Matisse lunch specials. It'd always been pricey but convenience is the cost. Now I just mich rather not eat lunch than go to Matisse."
