"Sitting here and can't get get the bartenders attention bc she's on her phone behind us sitting at a table. Then literally comes back behind the bar, still on her phone, talking on the phone in front of us, while cleaning dishes.....in front of us. She didn't put the phone down for 35 min while serving drinks. I've never seen anything like this. EVER. We're new to the area with a few other couples, for work. We will not be coming here and will make sure anyone we talk to will be told not to either. Service industry has gone down but this is a while nother leve. Someone's way too comfortable."

"Outdoor dining is horrible at this place. No tarp to take some of the coldness away and it heaters. Food went cold within minutes after it was served. Overall, this place is not accommodating its clientele"

"I was expecting this restaurant to be a tourist trap. I was so pleasantly surprised that the food was excellent, heavy on the carbs yes but really well prepared and tasty. We were there for my grand daughters 6th birthday. She loved the kindnesses showered on her by the staff and other patrons. Just a delicious Sunday afternoons dinner. Kind and attentive wait staff too."

"We were seated at our reservation time. Unfortunately our server was very overwhelmed and we waited a long time for our beverages and water, food delivery, getting condiments, the bill, etc. Filet mignon was over cooked it took minutes for a new one, and that came out undercooked. The manager and server both apologized and we were comped the meal"

"Dined there in the night before closure and was disappointed with service which was confusing and slow. WaS formerly my go to for decent beef. Food when finally arrived was not the quality normally served. I will not go to another location. Hope another restaurant goes in the sunnyvale location. Sunnyvale and Santa Clara needs one. "Pleasantly surprised. Had never eaten here before. Heard good and bad. Plus found out that during the soccer national championship game they ran out their patrons before it ended which was a terrible way to treat customers for a once in a lifetime event so that kept us away too. But ended up finally eating there and the food was very good, the service was very good and the prices are very reasonable in this economy."
