"If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food, do not look further Lima Criolla is to visit Peruvian cuisine. Before COVID 19 we visited Peru for about 2 weeks and have missed their food since then. Lima Criolla has fixed this issue because its food and drinks are delicious and authentic. We ordered the Ceviche Limeño, Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos, Pisco Sour and Chicha Morada. Let's start with the drinks. Both the Pisco Sour and Chicha Morada tasted like in Peru, the Pisco Sour tasted like the one we had in Huacachina, and the Chicha Morada tasted just like the one we had in Ollantaytambo. If you had to choose between the two, go with the Chicha Morada. We had Chicha Morada from almost every restaurant we went to, but nothing could be compared with that in Ollantaytambo. The Ceviche Limeño and Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos were both very tasty. The Ceviche Limeño offers a refreshing taste, and it is not difficult at all. My only complaint is that I wished they had more vegetables on the plate. The Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos was hot and filled. It could have been my plate, but the larger shrimp was placed above, while the remaining shrimps in rice were all small shrimps it is just something I noticed. Customer service was great. The person who served us was very nice and quite humorous. She was very sweet and friendly. It's an A from me. If I visit Austin again, I would definitely return to Lima Criolla. I had nowhere else an authentic Peruvian dish, but here. Everything, from drinks to food, to customer service, was absolutely perfect. Lima Criolla has something for everyone. You want something refreshing? Get the Ceviche Limeño. Do you want seafood with rice? Get the Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos. Doing, but looking for a refreshing drink? Get the Chicha Morada. Here's something for everyone."
