"tolbert was on my texas bucket list that I almost skipped, but I'm so glad I didn't. I wanted to go to one of the original chili game, so when I saw that it was 15 minutes away from my hotel, I made it my last dinner goal. the menu is much more than chili, but I was on a mission to taste both of their standard dishes. I have a cup of red, sans chopped wobble and a cup chile verde. the red has a really good mild basic taste that I could eat several times, but also at home for my own family tweak. If I get it back to grapevine, I get the 5 alert. the chile verde is similar to the type I had in el paso very brothy. the diceed pork was very humid the fenced green chiles, tomatillos, and other objects were tasteful. it would be a great breakfast dish with some flair tortillas. the queso rojo was pretty good. it is her Queso-Dip with a draw red in it. the service was fast efficient, the decor was pleasant, what I expected, and the people were really friendly. if they are near grapevine, they make tolberts one of their meal destinations."
