"My new favorite spot!! Myself and coworkers came here to celebrate one of our own getting married. This place was recommended by a coworker and it did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delish.We had numerous plates including:1. The Sufrat Sampler2. Grape Leaves Meat3. Feta Cheese4. Fries (which are deliciously seasoned steak fries)5. Gyro Platter6. Tandoori Chicken7. Jerusalem MixI personally tried the sampler, feta, grape leaves and Gyro platter. Oh. My. Goodness!! Everything was bursting with flavor and so well cooked and nicely presented.We were also able to see the magnificent belly dancing styles of Sufrat. Two of my coworkers got to get up and balance a sword on their head. Very fun atmosphere indeed!I will be coming back. Keep up the amazing everything.Kid-friendliness: I saw plenty of children here having a good time."

"We made a reservation and immediately we were seated. Our server, Emily, was very attentive to our needs and came around several times before entrees came out to refill our water. The food was excellent, my friends and I each enjoyed our entrees. I got the carbonara, which was a hefty portion of pasta. I really liked it. We got the tiramisu for dessert and it was very good. Overall, it wasn’t too expensive for the food we were served, and the service was excellent."

"The wine selection is good and the food was delicious yet small in portions given the price point but that isn’t the deterrent. Our service was absolutely abysmal. The waiter made wonderful recommendations but then everything went downhill. When we wanted to order a charcuterie plate, we had to do it twice after he forgot we had placed the order. After our water glasses sat empty, we had to ask for water multiple times before eventually another waitress filled them. We asked for more bread multiple times before we were brought more right after we received our bill. We asked for a take away box and after waiting ten minutes we decided to leave without our food. The waiter chased us down and apologized but at that point, the bad taste was already left in our mouths. There are other wine bars."

"Being a repeat client of the others locations on Napoli on the Bay and working in customer service, I don 't like to write bad reviews. We order delivery yesterday, Uber Eat App would not let me change the address for 1 number so instead of choosing the option leaving at the door I chose Meet at the door . The drop the pizza in a random chair in an abandon house. Pizza was ok and problem was easy to solve, the bad part was when I called to ask (since it says on its way till late that day) the person that answer was super rude and keep yelling and blaming me on the phone. I understood my part of blame but their support and assistance after paying was terrible. VERY disappointed! I 've been also in the restaurant once before and place is very small and tables sticky!!!!! After the answer I received on the phone and all the bad reviews below I doubt that they will address this issue to ensure a better service in the future as the owner said."

"Lasagna Loca is a restaurant that I discovered by chance while using Uber Eats to try out a variety of places. Since then, I've been ordering their delectable lunch specials practically every other day and haven't stopped. The lunch specials are fresh and well-seasoned, and the service is really pleasant. So far, my experience with them has been excellent, and I am grateful to have such a good restaurant so close to my home. Thank you!"

"I’ve been coming to this butcher shop for a few years and the quality of both the meat and the service from the butchers has decreased significantly. I always try to give local businesses multiple tries but this the last time i spend money there. I asked for the short ribs to be cut in half length wise, when i got home they were not cut. This is the 3rd time this butcher has done this. Not only did he not cut them, when i told him the ribs i wanted he had an attitude as if i was bothering him. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and told them how disappointed and frustrated i was. I had to improvise dinner as there was no way i would be able to cut through the bones. I will never return."

"I’ll just start by saying that I don’t typically review restaurants nor do I walk out of restaurants after I have placed my order but I feel like the reviews for this place can be misleading. I really wanted to check this place out because of all the hype surrounding it. The pictures of the food and restaurant in general looked great. But my experience was horrible. The waitress started by saying that they were out of a handful of key ingredients which greatly decreased our menu options. I then asked if I could have a selfie latte which I thought was pretty cool but she then informed me that the machine was broken. So we all asked for regular coffee’s, a round of waters, and placed our breakfast order. We got 3 waters for the adults and the 2 toddlers that were with us, got nothing. We sat for about 40 minutes and received nothing else. There was one waitress in the restaurant with three tables. One party was huge and I could understand she may have had a difficult time serving everyone but what I don’t understand is why she was the only person in the entire restaurant on a Sunday during prime brunch hours. I cannot speak for the food because we decided to leave after we sat for such a long time with two hungry toddlers but I can say that the service was horrible and I will not be going back here."

"Absolutely loved this quaint little restaurant. I loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. We were a party of 4 with a Groupon deal. The server was accommodating and helpful in assisting us in making our selections. We had the veal piccata, spinach ravioli and a large pizza. There was one other main course dish ordered but I don't remember the name. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The cannoli for dessert was scrumptious as was the tiramisu. You might miss this little gem as it is nestled in a neighborhood setting. I will be back at my first opportunity."
