"that was our first visit in this restaurant. it was Thanksgiving night. we had expected it to be overcrowded and hectic, but we sat right away and had our selection of several tables outside. it was a bit cool, but we had a heating lamp next to our table. the flashy and table fire pits gave the opposite a beautiful holiday ambiance. we had a wonderful waiting staff, and the server was especially attentive. at one point, our dinner might have been delayed for 20 minutes. we were in order because we had no hurry. afterwards our server apologized for the delay, which was due to the number of orders in the kitchen. my man ordered the preset traditional Thanksgiving meal that included suppe, truthahn, kartoffeln, filling and dessert. eat a lot! he says it's good. I had the vegetarian plate, three sweet sides of my choice. I chose sweet potatoes, cream pine and brussel sprouts. two of the three were delicious. I didn't care about the Brussel shoots. they were very hard to chew and the taste was just ok. as far as the value is concerned, we expected a bit more for a meal at ruth’s chris. it was about $150 for the two meals two cocktails and a generous tip. Overall we have no complaints, but we are not in a hurry to go back."
