"I normally love the custard here, however, yesterday I got a large arctic swirl and didn't think much when I saw it was double cupped. I was very upset when I got home and after eating half of it saw that it was double cupped because the plastic of the first cup was shredded on the side! Then I realized that there were little pieces of plastic in my custard. How hard would it have been to just remake it instead of serving me plastic in my custard, never coming here again!"
