"Given that this place is in the same location as the Roberto's I used to visit at least five times a week while I was in college, it had a lot to live up to. I ordered my usual three roll tacos and a Carne Asada burrito both with no guacamole because I want to taste the food and not just overloaded it with guac. The menu is huge... almost too much to consider including chicken wings with celery, which doesn't seem right in a place like this. The rolled tacos were a little thin, but had plenty of cheese and were very tasty. The burrito was excellent and still makes me think wind places in LA can't replicate this style of Carne Asada. I do miss the large bottles of hot sauce, which have now been relegated to small individual containers. They still have the traditional brown and orange bench seats, and of course those great orange plastic trays. My son, however, was disappointed that the food was actually served on a plate instead of the old-school white Styrofoam tray, and for that reason alone, he is making me give this place only four stars ."
