"Arrived Chicken Express 9:21 pm. Ordered 2 #4 with Breast. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I ask what was available now. They offered 3 wings to replace 2 Breast. I said “ give me 4 wings alls Good. The “Young lady on the speaker, said No Deal. Either hire Adults to run your store or at least train them babies. BTW,Chicken Express was one of my Favs. Not any More.We left Chicken Express went to Whataburger. Left a $30 tip because Whataburger knows how to treat their customers."

"buyer's intention. when they order, check their bag before they leave the load. we ordered the 20 pieces delicate family dinner and although we asked before leaving whether the gravy was in the bag. when we came home, it was not in the bag! we called the load and got an impersonal automated answer. seven miles to avoid kfc and release service! bottom line is, even if they say that their order is completed, check the bag on the place!"

"Honestly I love chicken express and have been coming for years. The last few times I have eaten here it hasn’t been great. Yesterday my husband ordered a #2 with mashed potatoes. I was going to do the same but decided we could share. Got home and the mashed potatoes were like a reddish on top and stunk a bit. Not sure what was going on. So I just saved the food. Untouched to take back for remake. Called twice no answer. Then I called today. The lady was nice but honestly Just said she would write the name down and that was it. "Chicken express is one of the best places to get fried chicken pliers! they have good price quotes, and even if they don't do it, they give them one or two extra to write for a smaller one. the offers come with cream engraving, which is excellent. they also have a lot of pages. our favorites are the green beans that are Italian style, the kartoffels and okra. I like their icy, especially during the happy hour at .50, which I think is 2 to 4 o'clock, but check this. If they order the express channels, it comes with a tokuit or a roll and gravure, but that's all, they need to order combo if they want a side and drink. when they live in new brown rocks, they often have good looks in a poster we use. we recommend chicken express! I also know they're mean!"

"at 830 a.m. a fish comb and a chicken strip comb ordered and the fish was old!!! The hush puppies were hard!!!! The dog would not even eat it!!! "With all the craziness of inside closed, the drive up and drive thru was very busy. They seemed to be on the ball and moved the lines through quite quickly. Their tenders deal with 2 sides and biscuits pretty hard to beat. We ordered spicy wish they were a little more but not evey one likes super spicy. Just added more to mine at home. Gravy was okay could use a little more pepper. The poppers very tasty and the Mac and cheese was okay. Lacked a little flavor."

"I went to the ride last night about an hour before it closed and the food was HORRIBLE!!! At first I ordered potatoes as a side and was told they were out as soon as I leave. No problem. I ordered grain butterflies. The chicken breast was dark and hard in places! It was very dry! The leg was okay. You put an additional leg in my box... I guess for the dry chest and dry role. The role was so hard it was creepy!!! The maize butterflies were good. I pulled the hard skin off the chicken breast and fed my dog. At least she enjoyed it. I really wish fast food / restaurants would stop serving us garbage! These places are not interesting. I will never return here again!!! It's not cheap, so at least give us what we pay for."
